Solwazi graduated from the Green Academy at Berkeley High School. He enjoyed putting the lessons of his biotechnology class into action as an intern for Bayer Health Care in Berkeley. He has a love of fishing and credits it for his devotion to Aquatic Biology and
the marine environment. Solwazi was a founding member of the BHS Fishing Club. He is interested in pursuing marine biology research at UCSC.
