Ignacio plans to major in Urban Studies at UC Berkeley. He enjoys literature, writing poetry and music, digital design workshops and making films. Ignacio was an academic leader with the Y-Scholars program, vice president of the BHS Chicano Latin Club, co-chair (and the only Latino) of the Asian Pacific Islander Club, a summer volunteer at Centro Vida preschool, and a summer employee at Mi Terra Foods. He will be a first generation college student.
